Bed room one; double four poster bed, cot if required. Armchair, dressing table, dressing mirror, bedside tables/lights, chest of drawers and full-length wardrobe. Sea and garden views. Electric oil radiator

Second WC; sink with light over and shave point. Located next to bedroom one.

Bedroom two; staggered bunk beds, airing cupboard with timed immersion heater, books and games. Veluxe window with lock. Electric oil radiator.

Bedroom three; ground floor. Double bed, bedside lights, dressing table and wardrobe. Views of the countryside. Electric oil radiator.

Stairgates top and bottom.

Bathroom; with bath/shower over, WC, sink with light over with shaving point. Fan heater. Radiator in winter months.

Kitchen; Fully fitted pine kitchen, tiled worksurface, electric oven/hob, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, additional freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, barista coffee machine. Stable door into the adjoining lounge diner. Main door to property which opens directly into the garden.

Lounge / diner;

Accessed from the kitchen with character oak staircase, wood burning stove, large three seater sofa, two seater sofa, large beanbag, coffee table, dining table for up to 6 places, high chair, TV/DVD player (selection of DVDs on request) children's toys.

All bed linen supplied plus two towels and flannel per person.

Summer Haze Cottage is no smoking property, mainly for insurance reasons.

Accessibility;

Suitable for elderly relatives and persons less mobile due to a groundfloor double bedroom which is next to the bathroom.

Parking and gardens;

Summer haze cottage is fortunate to have a large garden with various areas to lounge, play and eat, a large charcol BBQ is supplied. The play area is fenced, gated and secure with three swings, slide, playhouse along with numerous garden toys. Directly outside the property there are two gravel areas (one secluded) with picnic table, further round table for four persons. Two seater bench/table on the lawn. Gated gravelled parking area for two vehicles leads from quiet lane.

Coast and beaches;

Award winning Woolacombe beach and it is nearby coves are just a 10 minute drive from the property. Lee bay beach is just 20 minutes walk further down Warcombe Lane. This beach and coast is excellent for kayaking, swimming, rock pooling and snorkeling. Additionally there are many secluded, uncrowded coves accessible by foot. Within Lee Village the Grampus Pub sits in its own Gardens. There are also Woodland walk's.

Leisure

Arts and crafts with local workshops, art galleries and gardens, wave pools, tenpin bowling, roller derby arena, swimming pools, leisure centres, cinemas, local deckchair and water craft hire, cinemas, theatres both in Ilfracombe and Barnstaple.

Sports and adventure activities;

Cycling paths, sea and fresh water fishing, golf (just minutes away), hiking, Mountain biking, skating, sailing, snorkelling, surfing, swimming, tennis, water skiing, windsurfing, sea kayaking, coaststeering, rock climbing.

Exeter airport approximately 60 miles. Barnstable train station 15 miles. Plymouth Ferry Port approximately 110 Miles.

Tesco, Co-op, Liddl 15 minutes away in Ilfracombe. Tesco Braunton 25 minutes. Barnstaple all main super markets 35 minutes. Major supermarkets will deliver to Summer Haze Cottage when ordered online.
